Lisa believes in the healing modalities of Ayurveda while incorporating the ancient science into modern lifestyle. She seeks to teach others practices to live in harmony with nature. Ayurveda is able to meet an individual exactly where he/she is at any point in life, in a variety of ways. While yoga offers us the tools to develop self awareness, Ayurveda offers the tools of physical and mental health management. It’s beautiful to see the overlapping of these tools and to share the deep knowledge with others.
